HOW IT ALL STARTED
Yoga With Ray came into fruition during the pandemic in order to support and foster the sense of mindfulness, peace and wellbeing to everyone who needs it. After completing my ISHTA YOGA 200hr TT & 300hr TT I figured it was time to give back.
Whether you are experiencing pain, or simply want to improve your physical and mental wellbeing, I aim to provide a healing environment to do so through the practice of yoga.
